Clients may reschedule appointments with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered forfeited.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Because space is limited and significant preparation occurs before enrollment, all program purchases are considered final.
No refunds will be provided for partially completed, unused, or abandoned programs.
Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of VibeRency Wellness in extraordinary circumstances.
Workshop registrations are non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend, registration may be transferred to a future workshop if approved by VibeRency.
Clients who choose a payment plan remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation level or program completion.
Failure to attend sessions does not cancel payment obligations.
If a client arrives late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other client appointments.
