By accessing or using VibeRency.com, scheduling a consultation, registering for a workshop, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with VibeRency, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. OUR SERVICES

VibeRency provides wellness education, workshops, speaking engagements, and personalized wellness guidance.

Our services may include topics such as:

• Mindfulness
• Self-care
• Stress management
• Resilience
• Emotional well-being
• Healthy boundaries
• Relationships and communication
• Personal growth
• Whole-person wellness

Services, program descriptions, availability, and fees may change from time to time.

2. WELLNESS GUIDANCE IS NOT MEDICAL CARE

VibeRency services are educational and wellness-oriented.

They are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.

You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical, mental-health, or other professional care when needed.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and use of information provided through VibeRency services, workshops, website content, or communications.

Wellness guidance is intended to support awareness, reflection, education, and healthy lifestyle choices. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

4. 15-MINUTE WELLNESS CLARITY CALL

The complimentary 15-minute Wellness Clarity Call is an introductory conversation designed to understand your goals, answer questions, and determine whether VibeRency services may be appropriate for you.

It is not a coaching, therapy, medical, or treatment session.

There is no obligation to purchase a program following the call.

5. PROGRAMS AND PAYMENTS

When you enroll in a paid VibeRency program, you agree to the applicable program description, fee, payment schedule, and any separate client agreement provided to you.

Payment terms, cancellation policies, refunds, and program-specific conditions may be included in a separate agreement or invoice.

Where a separate written client agreement applies, that agreement will govern the applicable service.

6. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Appointments should be attended at the scheduled time.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide reasonable advance notice.

Specific cancellation, rescheduling, and missed-appointment terms may vary by program and will be provided during enrollment.

7. WORKSHOPS AND SPEAKING

VibeRency workshops and presentations are educational experiences.

Information presented during a workshop or speaking engagement should not be interpreted as individualized medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

Organizations hosting VibeRency programs are responsible for communicating any event-specific requirements to their attendees.

8. WEBSITE CONTENT

The information on VibeRency.com is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and current information, but we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content of VibeRency.com—including text, graphics, logos, branding, workshop materials, original frameworks, presentations, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to VibeRency, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VibeRency, LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of the website or participation in VibeRency services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
